The "Original" JLO & website address...

Some people ask me what does " The Original JLO" mean?

The answer is that when I tell people my name "Janet Lopez" they say Oh like the Pop Star "Jennifer Lopez" ( who is known as "JLO" for short). So one day a friend said to me " Yes but you are the "Original JLO" so it stuck!
 
Born and raised in Tucson Arizona. truly a "cowgirl" at heart! My motto is that success is often more about how gracefully one manages the hurdles than how quickly one gets to the finish line!

I have been self employed most of my working life. I owned and operated my own interior plant maintenance business for over ten years in Southern California. I also bought, built up, and sold a Mountain Man Nut & Fruit Franchise in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

I obtained my Real Estate license in April of 1995 in Klamath Falls, Oregon and worked under the ERA umbrella. I completed ERA's Top Gun Program as well as various marketing classes under ERA's program. I was consistently in the million dollar club as a top producer. I moved to Colorado Springs, CO and worked with a commercial broker for 2 years, returning to Medford, Oregon in 2002 with RE/MAX. I obtained my ABR designation in 2006. I was consistently in the top 100 agents out of 700-800 agents during 2002-2006. Later to Coldwell Banker Pro West Real Estate, Since moving to Texas, I am currently with Keller Williams Realty providing the same quality service I always have.

I have three grown children and two grandchildren. We are a close knit family and love to reunite as often as possible as we are all spread out all over the US. My personal loves besides my family are riding horseback in the Oregon wilderness or riding my mountain bike in town or around Lost Creek Lake, and of course, real estate. See My Testimonials Page
